Facebook, the Social networking giant, has been implementing many more changes to its profile design and privacy. But much of its users, they are highly concerned about their privacy, are sometimes felt this annoying. There are so many questions being asked regarding the privacy of Facebook. - Can I prevent people from adding me to a new group?
The functionality of approving a group membership is not available. Similar to being tagged in a photo, you can only be added to a group by one of your friends. When a friend adds you to a group, a story in the group (and in News Feed for Open or Closed groups) will indicate that your friend has added you to a group.Please keep in mind: Only your friends can add you to groups. When a friend adds you to a group, you'll get a notification right away.

- Profile Stalking
Facebook does not provide a functionality that enables people to track who is viewing their profile. Third party applications also cannot provide this functionality. 1. When you're chatting with a friend, click at the top right corner of your chat window.
2. Select Add Friends to Chat... from the dropdown menu.

If you’d like to come back to Facebook anytime after you’ve deactivated your account, you can reactivate your account by logging in with your email and password. Your profile will be restored in its entirety (friends, photos, interests, etc.). Remember that you will need to have access to the login email address for your account in order to reactivate it.
