Small organizations, home offices, or home-based businesses whose printing needs focus mainly on printing business or text documents may want to consider the HP LaserJet P2035n, a monochromatic laser printer.

The HP LaserJet P2035n is simple to use, which may be perfect for the small office setting where you don’t have a tech-guy to call when you need help, and is compact enough for use in limited office space.
The printer is equipped with a 250-sheet main paper tray, as well as a multi-purpose tray that can accommodate 50 sheets. For those who would like to follow eco-friendly practices, however, there is a bit of a setback — the printer does not have automatic duplex capability, although driver support is provided in order to facilitate manual duplexing.
These days, it is a must for printers to have USB connectivity and Ethernet connectivity, and the HP LaserJet P2035n has both, as opposed to the base model – the P2035 – which lacks Ethernet.

Another consideration for offices is print speed. The printer is rated at 30 ppm, and this print speed is actually achievable, for as long as one prints text-only documents for the most part. As for print quality, the HP LaserJet P2035n is able to produce prints that are of the same quality as that of other monochromatic laser printers in the same price range. The output is satisfactory for business purposes, except for those that contain very small fonts.

As for graphics, print quality may be suitable for internal office purposes, although the output leaned more towards the dark side.
